My husband and I are both in our 50's and live in an amazingly beautiful home on 2.5acres. We are both very easy going and relate well to all age groups.The home has 5 bedrooms and an office and 3 bathrooms. You really have to see it to appreciate it properly. There is a stunning inground outdoor pool and covered outdoor entertaining area and tennis court. Electronic gates secure the premises so although we can't offer undercover parking, it is very secure. We own and operate a home based personal training studio from the premises however clients do not access the house (heavily discounted training fees for tenant/s). The house is far too large for just us so we are offering a lucky housemate/s the opportunity to share our awesome private environment. There are 2 queen size furnished rooms available with extremely comfortable queen size beds, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and built in wardrobe. We have 1 male German Sheppard who is 6 years old and has a very placid nature. We would prefer the tenant not to have any pets of their own. please call, text or email if you have any questions.
